Tate decided what the plan should be today. He wanted to go to the zoo, come back and swim at the hotel and then go and see Transformers 3. He got 2 out of 3. Santa Barbara zoo is a very beautiful but small zoo. The animal enclosures are very well done & it overlooks the ocean. There is a very cool play area which Tate didn't want to leave. After the zoo, we had lunch and were going to go to the beach but we were TIRED. While Tate, Jake and I took a nap, Chloe and Kaleb swam and sat in the hot tub. Jake had some school stuff to do on the computer so he did that while the kids watched tv. Eventually, Tate got to swim in the pool. Tanner and Chase have both checked in via text & who knows what we will do tomorrow.

Low point - Tate crying that he "wants to go home because he misses Tanner".
